Q When and how long do I need to use Amazake?
In order to appreciate the full benefit of Amazake, it’s recommended to take a small amount regularly. As a start, try it out for a month to give it enough time to begin seeing the effectiveness of Amazake. Also, you can experiment with different times, depending on your needs:
To benefit healthy skin, you can take Amazake in the evening, as skin metabolism will occur during the night.
To activate the brain, you can take Amazake in the morning.
To restore your energy, you can take Amazake as a snack while studying, before a performance, or after exercise.
Q How much Amazake can I take per day?
We have two kinds of Amazake available.
One contains sugar, so up to 40g per day is the right amount.
The most effective way to take it is three times a day(each time 10g), morning, noon, and night.
The other HelloAmazake is naturally sweet with no added sugar, like anything, it is good to take a moderate amount. It is very delicious, but don’t drink too much.
It is more effective to keep it down to 40g and continue for a longer period of time.
Of course, you can also take less than that. As your body gets used to it, it will tell you what it needs.
Q Is your Amazake non-alcoholic?
Yes we have non-alcoholic Amazake and alcoholic Amazake.
Non-alcoholic HelloAmazake is using Rice Koji only and Organic Rice.
Q Is your Amazake Kosher?
All our amazake products are kosher compliant, although they have not been certified kosher yet.

Q Can I cancel?
If you wish to cancel, please contact us by e-mail.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the product has been processed for shipment. So if you want to cancel please contact us within 2 hours.

Delivery Information
Q Who is your shipping company?
We use a service called ePacket for our deliveries.
E-packets are a third-party logistics system that originally began as a quick and affordable shipping solution for China and Hong Kong to the United States. Over time, it has expanded to include 40 countries.
There are many companies involved in this third-party logistics system, and not just one delivery company.
For example in Japan, Japan Post participates in e-Packet, so we ship using Japan Post. After that, a 「local」 logistics company participating in e-packet will send the package to the customer.
This 「local」 logistics companies vary from country to country: USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, PostNord, etc. The company operating the logistics business in the country where the package is finally delivered will deliver the package.
Don’t worry, all shipments come with a tracking number.
Q When will my order be shipped?
Basically, we ship within 3 days of receiving your order.
In case of shipping delays or stock-outs, we will notify you by e-mail asap.
Q How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your country of residence.

Q Can I specify the arrival date and time of my order?
We are very sorry, we cannot specify the day and time. However, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check where your package is at any moment.
Q I have not received my order.
If you have not received your order more than two weeks after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will check the status of your order.
Please be assured that we insure our deliveries.
If we are unable to confirm receipt of the merchandise, we will immediately begin the procedure for a full refund.
Q I noticed a change of address after the product was shipped. What should I do?
Please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.
We will check the status of your item.
If the items have arrived in your country, we may contact the local logistics company and ask you to change your address.
If your items are still in Japan, we will take care of them here as soon as possible.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Q I want to return it because it's bad and I can't drink it.
We do not accept returns.
If you cannot drink it as a beverage, consider using it in cooking as a seasoning to get the benefits of amazake.

Q Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after the shipment has been processed.
However, cancellation is possible before shipment.
Shipping is processed within 3 days. So please contact us asap.
